By signing up for a Mix-and-Mingle.sg event, or registering your details on this web site, you acknowledge your acceptance of the Mix-and-Mingle.sg Terms and Conditions and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of our terms and conditions as defined below.

In registering to Mix-and-Mingle.sg you warrant that you are at least 21 years old, not married, or already divorced and unattached.

We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your expressed permission, unless required to do so by law. When you book an event with Mix-and-Mingle.sg, you must provide your mobile phone number. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for participants who arrive at an event unless they have provided us with telephone contact details.

Mix-and-Mingle.sg is not a matchmaking agency. We simply host social events where single people can meet one another in a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment. We cannot and do not verify personal information on our participants, such as marital status, personality or any other aspects of their general background. It is your sole responsibility to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so.

Mix-and-Mingle.sg does not have the ability to screen participants registering for its events. By registering for a Mix-and-Mingle.sg event, you are agreeing that Mix-and-Mingle.sg is not liable for any damages, direct, that may in any way arise out of Mix-and-Mingle.sg program. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communication with other participants in Mix-and-Mingle.sg events.

Mix-and-Mingle.sg takes no responsibility for false information supplied by members.  We cannot guarantee you will meet the love of your life at any event and we take no responsibility for any emotional or physical distress that may come to you at any point and in the future (including in old age) from someone you meet at any Mix-and-Mingle.sg events.

We take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other guests registered with Mix-and-Mingle.sg, without limitation, either during, or at any stage after one of our events. Please approach any contact with our participants with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people for the first time.

Mix-and-Mingle.sg aims to organize participants around more than 8 “mini dates” per event but is unable to guarantee this quantity. Should participants for whatever reason not attend an event, the numbers may be slightly decreased. We aim to do our utmost best to ensure that the ratio of males to females at all events is an optimal 50/50 ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseen circumstances on the evening of the event, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or shortfall in male/female guests at the event, preventing this from being possible.

All ticket sales and entry to events are subjected to management’s sole discretion. Mix-and-Mingle.sg reserves the right to take firm actions, which may include barring or eviction from either events or the web site. This is to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, participants who become abusive and/or offensive to other guests at an event, whether by reason of intoxication or otherwise.

Participants are responsible for turning up to an event on time. If participants turn up late for an event, we are under no obligation to allow them to participate in the event, nor offer any refund or compensation.

If an event for a certain night is over or under-subscribed, an alternate evening will be arranged and you will be notified by email of the new date.

We are not able to accept cancellations, as the quality and success of our event would be compromised by an uneven ratio of males/females. No refunds are provided if you do not show up, or for any other reason, except if we cancel or change an event.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, where we are no longer able to hold an event at the venue as originally planned, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our participants with as much notice as possible.

Mix-and-Mingle.sg service is for personal use. You may not authorize others to use your user details, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your events confirmations to any other person or entity. We may use your contact details to inform you of future events which we think may be appropriate for you. If you wish to terminate your Free Membership, you just need to inform us at unsubscribe@mix-and-mingle.sg

All complaints about language and behavior are treated seriously and will be investigated and if necessary reported to the authorities.

In the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release Mix-and-Mingles from any liability with respect thereof.

You may not engage in advertising and promotion to, or solicitation of, other participants to buy or sell any products or services through Mix-and-Mingle.sg’s web site and social events.

Cameras maybe present at our event for promotional purposes. In no circumstances will Mix-and-Mingle.sg be liable to any losses or damages in respect of images taken at an event, although we will make every effort to exclude those who wish to protect their own image.

Although we make every effort to design a secure on-line service, using secure servers and other secure technology with a high level of reliability, Mix-and-Mingle.sg do not warrant that your use of Mix-and-Mingle.sg service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. Mix-and-Mingle.sg disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Mix-and-Mingle.sg will be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of Mix-and-Mingle.sg services. In addition, Mix-and-Mingle.sg disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.

If we change our Privacy Statement, and Terms and Conditions you will be notified 30 days in advance.
