Adding you to the Mix-and-Mingle.sg Mailing List
When your information is collected, it will only be used to advise you of forthcoming Mix-and-Mingle.sg events within your age range and for correspondence relating to any events for which you have booked. If you register with Mix-and-Mingle.sg, your information is added to our email mailing list, which you can request to be removed if required.

Contact Information
When participating in a Mix-and-Mingle.sg event, you are giving us permission to forward either your email address or contact number and your name (also known as), to the participants with whom you “matched”. A “match” simply occurs when two people both tick each other on their scorecards.

We will not forward your email address to any other participants (not your match) at the event, without your prior permission. We will never, under any circumstances, pass on your contact telephone number or disclose your profile to any participants. When required, Mix-and-Mingle.sg may contact you for reasons pertaining to your participation or intended participation in our events. Mix-and-Mingle.sg keeps all information supplied by you confidential.

Billing Information
In some circumstances, including, for example, when signing up for an event, you may be asked to provide additional financial information such as your credit card number and expiry date. We use reasonable protections, including encryption technology, to protect your credit card or other financial information on our website or otherwise, nor will we use your credit card or other financial information for any purpose other than for billing you for events and services that you order.

We have security measures in place against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or destruction of personal information and other data.
